The First Amendment gave us freedom of speech

People just seem to fail to grasp what the First Amendment was about.  It prohibited government from passing a law restricting your right to free speech.  It does not prohibit companies from setting their own standards and limits.

One of the biggest, if not the biggest reason our nations forefathers emigrated to this country was to escape oppression from rulers of England.  They wrote our Declaration of Independance and our Constitution with that in mind.  They wanted to ensure that the new government of the USA would not/could not impose such harsh and oppressive laws and restrictions on us.

The First Amendment means the government can't restrict your right to speech and expression, it doesn't mean you can say anything you want on the AH board.  That is the property of AH and they have the absolute right of control.  Dont lilke it?  Dont participate.  You will always have that right, the right of choice.
