The way objects are drawn in the terrain

When I aproach a factory or town (for example), there is only a clear square there, then every building is being drawn polygon by polygon as I aproach instead of just having less detailed buildings (but entire buildings) and then more detailed buildings are you aproach.

Do you experience the same weird effect?

Yeah, it depends on what your "object size" slider is set to.  The further it is to the performance side, the closer you have to get to buildings before they get drawn.
