The Horseshoe will keep its gaming license but will have to pay applicable gaming taxes and fees while the casino is closed. Prior to reopening, the casino will have to "secure the minimum bankroll requirements," the order noted.
If you're closing your casino and aren't permitted to do any gambling at all, why would you want to spend the money to keep your gaming license?
Sounds like the Horseshow needs a real humdinger of a floor show to fill that old rickety inn full of people; somebody with a lot of pull, a lot of recognition. I know! Wallace and Davis!
