Another Car Dealership Horror Story...this time someone almost dies

Laz,

Sorry, I cast a wide net and caught everything in it. I understand that there are a few good, honest folks in car sales, just not enough. I have been fortunate enough to buy a new vehicle every two to three years through my business and after a bout several years ago with car sales people I have learned a way to avoid them. I have been lied to, ridiculed about my choices, and dealt with nincompoops who new nothing about their products. I now shop away from the dealers, get dealer pricing, and buy online. I don't ask questions of sales people or even visit the dealer until they call me to pick up my vehicle.

I  am in an industry with less then honest people doing business also, I am a General Contractor and build high-end custom homes, I feel your pain. Keep up the good work, I am proof that honesty and integrity will allow the cream to rise to the top.
Again I apologize if you took offence to my comments they were unfairly encompassing and simply  an emotional outburst.

Regards,
