P-51B Flap/Rocket pod Bug

The rocket pods are visible trough the lowered flaps, this must be cause else the flaps wouldn't be able to lower more. But just reporting.

Interesting..!

 How was it in real life? Can the P-51s deploy full flap with the rocket pods attached??
