If Michael Jackson is found guilty...
« on: January 17, 2004, 05:03:55 PM »
and sentenced to jail, what do you think he will do?

I think first he will run to another country.

If he gets captured before being able to leave or captured and returned to the U.S. then I think he would suicide before going to jail.

Just my thoughts.

It would be no loss if he offed himself. If he fled then he can find out about the extradition process.
DEFINITION OF A VETERAN
A Veteran - whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life."

Note:  This is not another sensless France bashing

Can't Jackons just flee to France?

A famous movie producer (I can't remember his name) who seduced a 13 year old girl in Jack Nicholson's home with wine and drugs is on the lamb and living in France I believe.

No (as far as I know)  if he is sentenced in the US the day he put his feet in France is would be put in prison.
It's a case of "exequatur"

Notice I've put sentenced in bold cause if he is under scrutinity or trial it's not the same thing ( this part is for Polanski Case)

Ps:  as usual I can be completly wrong :D
