With the adjustment to dipersion (or less dispersion)...

What do you think of the new gunnery model?  Is your favorite ride more lethal now?

.50 calibers probably got toughened up now
P-47 would be sweet ride

Hmm, might be funner now to shoot when you dont spray around whole plane from 200 yards like you did in previous version.

At least one of my whines went through
Never agreed with as much dispersion..

Change in NIKI is secondary CANNON went from 250 rounds back to 400, as originally set.  Otherwise, not much change!

Just on a rough estimate the cal 50s pack about 2times the punch now at convergence...

that means if you get the rounds on target

in the previous version you saw hits all ovr the enemy plane when you had him in your sght at around 300 yards .. now 80% of hits are centered on the area you shoot at .. i saw a lot more planes explode than the previous shoot a few things of and watch him go down struggling

I actualy got a kill in a F4U-1D with only a short burst from 450ish!  Of course it was a Zeke, so I guess that isn't much of a test...  They down pretty quick if you can get the little buggers to fly straight for you.  Also, my plane seemed to come apart pretty well when his buddies lit me up :0

Roger that Duck. I nailed a drone at 400 yds with a Typhoon; a one second burst changed him from a dumb Mudstain-driver into a nice fireball. Same thing happened with the F6F; quick blast and BOOM! Kinda nice, but now it's gonna be hard to survive any combat. With the old dispersion you could get damaged, wounded, and actually make it back. Now you really can't. If one round hits, 50 others hit right along with it.

Another thing to keep an eye on to see how it works. Fewer damaged planes and 1-second-burst-kills may be the norm now, then again they may not.

Just got out of H2H... I took a spit apart with 6 .50's quite nicely.  Seems they are actually an effective weapon again.

I had several fights last night where it took the bandit several minutes of knocking pieces off my kite before he could get the kill, or before I extended to where he couldna keep up any longer
Had an interesting sortie over P42 late last night twisting the ack and avoiding ostdweebs and ptdweebs (   ) while knocking down the ack and VH with an F4U and F6F hot on my tail.  Got all the acks and ammo bunkers before they finally picked me apart
