I don't know if anyone has ever thought of this, but here goes. What does anyone think about a squad member exchange program. Two squads from the same country would exchange one member straight across for a period of time. They would fly with that squad and learn how they do things. After returning to their original squad, they would pass along any information or ideas they acquired during their "TDY".

TAS is already on an exchange program with the MAW.
Just waiting for ToadMaw and ZipMaw to finish the deal.
