Am I only person to have problems making a new skin? I follow HTC directions perfectly and when I load my skin offline it stays the same as the default one. Any help would be great since I would Love to be able to make squaddie skins in the future, thanks.

I looked at the other posts and will try to make some test skins tonight, hopefully they will work. The Staff said they are fixing this for the next patch, anyone know when it will be out. Also, when you want one available for online play, and HT has to approve it, how do they make it available for online play?

So does that mean if you submit a skin, and it is approved, that everyone in the MA can use it, or does it just apply to your account?

Everyone will be able to use it.

Won't be built into a release but just downloaded in the
back ground as you play.

Will we be able to disable "skin download"? I take it works like the current nose art feature?
