Simply put....Wax is da man.  Flying with this dweeb is a real hoot. Flying with Waxeroo is more fun than watching your mother-in-law get blowed away in the outhouse by a tornado.

Hi Stitch, thanks for chiming in.  It's great to have so many views and opinions on a thread.  Cool how there can be so many different perspectives on a subject.    

As for scores..well I'm not sure what you mean, really.  The only thing I've ever said about the importance of scores or rank is that neither counts for much and neither is a definite indication of the pilot's skill.  Are you, like other people, assuming that since that I'm ranked above 100 or so that I care about such things?

I DO use some numbers in people's scores as reference some times.  i.e. one COULD use K/H as one possible indicator of how agressive/timid a pilot is.  Personally, K/H is about the only stat that seems valuable to me.  Now, I'm not any more right or wrong than the next guy.  What I mean is, if some guy thinks K/d is THE stat that indicates a pilot's skill level....great!  I'm only telling you how I feel about it.  
I can tell you that I think it is reprehensible that anyone would deliberately pad whatever stat/score it is they personally feel is important.  I honestly believe the scenario involving yucca.  The Nitro stuff I just don't buy, and neither do a lot of other folk.

I understand that you use the scores to see how good/bad someone is.  Understandable if you go to the DA and want to work that side of the street.  I'm just saying that I will dive at anybody anytime or HO too.  Of course if the odds look bad I turn tail and run like a rabbit until there is room for me to turn back in.  Just can't seem to get away from those LA-7 dweebs. It's all in the name of fun.
  For the Nitro stuff wasn't there so can't comment.  But YUCCA seems to be a stand up guy and for my new squadies I stand behind what they say.  Military training makes you not doubt the CO.  
  As for the assuming of your score issue, won't judge you until I fly with or against you.  Seen some people bail out of a furball just to save their score or kills.  I hate furballs like most but until the BBs are gone I don't leave until I die or the fuel/BBs are gone.

EVERY other time I was in a gv or a ship gunner.  Yes wax, you really know a lot about my flying.  I bet my average alt for all those kills was about  50 feet.

Steve I honestly Believe I dont care what you beleive.  The Wax and YUCCA thing was the same as it was for Nitro and myself, happend at the same time practicly. If you really honestly beleive I was using Nitro to pad my score, did you bother to go back and check anyfurther than what happend that day??? Nah, I bet you didnt pal. Sure you checked out the stats, and did your quick homework. And after painting your own pictures of what went on that one day which was out of pure and simple fun, we were all cheaters. Check your stats till you are blue in the face guys, Steve... You wont find anything any different than what happend with YUCCA and Wax.

Wax is right, you all need a life. How this thing came as far as it did is just joke. Its a shame that it had to come this far, it really is because I have lost alot of respect for players in this game who refuse to look at all the facts and just see what the want to see.

Pad my score... I couldnt care less about rank. Those who know me know thats the case. I care more about going into a good fight where numbers are not in my favor and being able to fly away from it all, then I ever will care about rank. That to me is the part of the game that keeps me playing. Not to see how low I can get my rank down this tour or the next. Those who think that having the lowest rank in the game means your the best out have no clue what it means to get into an intense dog fight and fly away or not, knowing you fly well.
If you want to continue to bash me or anyone else for that matter on what went on go right ahead. But do it only after you look back a few months:aok Rahter than just what happend within ten minutes between a few squadmates.
