I was just wondering... what is this "perk system", i keep reading about in different threads, all about? what is it? is it in place now? do you have to have so many "perks points" to get a "perk plane"?
what is a perk plane (is it something
NOT on the regular plane set list)?
i highly doubt i'll ever be able to get a perk plane, but i was just wondering?
