Tips, Tricks, Advice...... Instructions for Skinning
« on: January 31, 2004, 07:58:10 AM »
Since I'm very new to this sort of thing, what tips, advice would you have for attempting to skin a plane?

Anyone wanna do a basic idiot guide (me idiot! :))  I'm talking more about how to do the graphical side and keeping rivet/panel effects etc.

Thanks

I have photoshop, but wanted tips on methods rather than what to use.

Rep, for detailed skinning.. check this out here

Start off on chapter one to see where you stand or how much you know. You may not need everything here, just use what you need.

you could be skinning like this :aok

edit: you already have a map so, open it up in photoshop set it up as a background
and use it as a template.
