Cold....

Well we're a bit disappointed here in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. Yesterday we were only the second coldest spot on the planet, we think we might be the coldest today. The Antarctic was roughly 20 degrees warmer than us yesterday.

Right now it is -40 (C or F, same thing) with a wind-chill of -54 Celsius

Oh yeah?  I bet your heater is working just fine.  My exterior unit died last night when the thermo hit 48F.  Now that was misery.

My heater was out this morning.  Was 15 degrees when i woke up, and stayed that way 2 hours until the guy came to fix it.  That was wonderful.  Im sittin here still in a jacket and gloves because the house isn't warmed up yet.

A few days ago I was complaining that it was 17 degrees in Dallas.   I piped down when a squadie from Canada  pointed out it was -20 where he was and it was warmer than the day before!
