The stock is a not that an early one, the sling cut is not an "I" shape. The forend is cut high around the op-rod slot, the very first had no cut at all, later ones has a wider cut. The picture is to small to see the safety (push or rotate) or the mag drop (with or without the brace added for the 30 round mag).
Likely an early Winchester.
I have a Rock-Ola :-)
