Hey, I got a question...
Our white bread that , I, use for my PB&J sandwhiches starts to smell like alchol or yeast after a couple of days in a bread container..
My questions are,
Is it perhaps the container causing the bread to age faster?
Is the bread already pretty old when we buy it and exposure to air causing this to happen?
And does wheat bread do the same thing?
If not, does wheat bread taste good as a PB&J?
The white bread tastes fine, just kinda not appatizing..or however you spellit :-)
