When someone says somethin about a ww2 german pilot or soldier, its most of the time thought NAZI and that they were responsible for all the bad and BS hitler did, not nearly all germans were bad people in ww2, they were just fighting the same way everyone else was.


I don't want to sound harsh there is a pretty nice exposition of what the guy fighting "the same way as everyone" have done.
