Finally got new memory:  1024 Twinx Corsair 3200.  All problems went away.  Set multiplier to 12.5 and started upping FSB by 5mz increments.  At 190mz now all stable.  Using mobo "agressive settings".  Will be returning the Crucial memory.  :)
