Fuel consumption rate

AH planes looks different fuel consumption rate at SEA and off-line.  Is it same between SEA and Main Arena ?  
I'd like all same fuel consumption rate.  Different consumption rate makes operation confusion at serious historical event.

if you have a stopwatch you can calculate the fuel consumption rate gallons per hour off of a drop tank.

I do not know what the current setting in the Special Events Arena, but in the Main Arena there is a multiplier of x2.5 of historical consumption.

Thanks information, Vermilion. I wish same x2.5 multiplier in the off-line too.
