Been looking at the GF FX cards the past couple of days, and got to wondering what's the actual difference between 5600/5600XT/5700/etc/etc. Other than price.

Like a Gainward GF FX5600XT for $123.. This one deserve a closer look? I haven't really kept up with the leaps and bounds (or lack of) that vid cards have been making for the past year.

I got an FX5900 (non-Ultra 128mb) from Newegg for $180 and I am very happy with it. For the extra $50 I'd go with that over any of the lower 5x00's.
