There's something messed up with the base skin or the alpha files or something.

The top of the wing and the bottom of the wing don't line up, no matter what you do.

I don't know much about skinning, but I think the file that says where the skins should fall is off by 1 - 3 pixels.

Perfect picture of it.  Take a look at the left wing.  The right one is lined up, but the left isn't.
