I turned the trip down due to the short notice, and the fact that my wife works too. Our nanny couldn't/wouldn't stay at the house from 6am to 9pm 3 days a week. Hopefully they'll give us more notice than 10 days next year.

lemme e'splain...
I went to Paris twice:

1st time, I got my wallet stollen 10 minutes after i got there... it was a Sunday.

2nd time, I went there on business trip... and the cab that took me from the airport to downtown ripped me off. (No biggie.. the company was paying)

That being said... I like France (except for Paris)
