It was a guess on how much blue to apply to the guns and wingtips and the exhaust shrouds where left unpainted.

I know that the blue around the cockpit is supposed to be blue, but in the first picture it looks a little purple.  Maybe darkening up the blues might help a little.  Very nice though! :)
