Please?

For those of us who would like to fly the near-perfect 38 model that actually saw quite a bit of combat in the ETO. There are a lot of neat J markings too (364th FG, etc.) that would be out of place on the L, though there isn't really much of a difference between the two...

Personaly I would rather see a G, it would realy help in the SEA and the CT.

Well I can live just fine with any P-38 model, but if we want one of the early years then how about something really sexy...

I *think* that's one of the castrated would-be RAF 38s, but I don't know for certain.

Seriously though, the F or G would be good too, a nice addition for any earlier MTO/North Africa scenarios.

I also support the early-war P38, I would fly it both in the MA (alternating between the L and whatever old version was added), and in whatever scenarios wanted to include it.

Yep,,,Always looked forward to that first weekend of the RPS in WB2.77 when the P-38F arrived

If they dont create a J,  will it be ok to use a Historical Skin from the J on our L? (367th flew J's)
they were similar

No need for the P-38J-25-LO series since it's pretty much the same as the L model.  However, early model P-38J's would be a different matter and I would like to see one of those in the game.

Yeah, I'd like to see one of the sleeker early small-intake models.

Well as Cooley said, if we can use late-model J markings from the ETO on the L, then it doesn't matter.
