C-64 Emulator
« on: February 22, 2004, 10:42:56 AM »
I've found sites that claim to have a Commodore 64 Emulator.

So far I havent had any success in getting one to work.

Anyone else ever tried them and had success?

Would love to play the old "Games" series again Summer Games, Winter Games, California Games"(surfing in particular)

Another ROM for the ccs64 is raid on bungling bay. It's a very fun game as I use to be hooked on it when i was a kid. You will enjoy it, it's not much, but it can be a lot of fun. just watch out for the fighters and the bomber and never leave your carrier unprotected when it's attacked, without it, your dead. another good one is raid over moscow. it's almost like a zaxxon type game but very fun. Impossible Mission or mission impossible, is very challenging and puzzling as well. I know of others but i can't think of them at the top of my head. A site that has different emulators and roms is http://www.classicgaming.com

"Impossable Mission"

Is that the one where use robots to gather "Rad Packs" or something like that. That you have to try to cool the reactor before it it blows?
LOL I loved that game

Nope. you have to find pieces to a puzzle to stop a madman. the rooms are very complicated with robots that shock you or magnetic balls that push you off the edges

I concur!  Don't forget the original Ultima series!  My personal favorites were III-IV-V.  It's a pain to use the emulator on multi-disk games though.
