Saitek Cyborg Issue
« on: February 02, 2004, 01:34:13 PM »
I installed a new stick 3 days ago, and have painless flying with it until today. I cranked up AH and the stick is no longer responding correctly. I've recalibrated in Windows (XP), and with the Saitek calibration program, but when I try and do the same in AH, it doesn't take. The stick won't center, the throttle won't work incrementally (on or off only). I'm reinstalling the Saitek software, and have restarted the system. Hopefully this will work. Also, other flyers indicated that I should see "Saitek" in the stick setup drop down menu, but I don't. Any and all advice/assistance will be appreciated.

...Just visited Saitek, uninstalled/reinstalled joystick software and there is still no improvement. Hope to hear from anyone with good advice soon.

I use a cyborg 3d gold,

With windows XP pro i find that my stick dissappears after a restart or shutdown. New drivers made no difference. I have to go to game controllers in control panel then replug and all is well.
I've never had the problems you describe.
