When it begins to affect my performance, then maybe you should worry about that (See below, company policy)  Meanwhile, you should work on your grammar and spelling. You claim to be of middle age, but my 8 year old spells better than you. Whats up with that?

And, again, you are simply wrong. Like I said, someday when the truth is finally unclassified, you'll find out USAF fighters were in position to down the Iraqis long before the Saudis."

then after he forgot about that he said

My old crewmates told me the flight of Iraqis got passed on to the Saudis. There's your facts."

Seriously, my grammar lacks and my spelling (IMO) is atrocious! But in comparison, I can't help to think that I'm dealing with someone who is
A) Very young, and didn't spend the time he should have in high school learning to read and write, and communicate thoughts.

B)Someone who did not learn to read and write until later in life.

By the personal attacks I see coming from you every other troll, er post you make, you must understand my position, no?

Sure, Quibbler, one more time.

The methods that were used to detect the Mirages, the relationship between the RC and the E3 capabilites are classified. And I didn't say anything about those.

Someday, they will be de-classified and then the story will be told.

The fact that the Mirages were passed on to the Saudi's isn't classified, AFAIK.

Are you aware that there are time limits to classification?

I'm thinking I know way more about security than you do.

Your best and only move is spewing bile and insults. If you ever post anything substantive, I'm sure we'll all be amazed.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

1. I so want that story to be true.. very cool mind picture.
2. Rip, not every story deserves a political twist.. sheesh.
3. Dolf... wtf?

4. I saw an SR71 do a flyby at an airshow once. It was the loudest most awe inspiring single plane I've ever seen. It made a slow pass, then it shook the ground on a faster pass, then he lit the burners and freaking disappeared... nearly straight up!

Theres a book called "The 50 worst aircraft".  The B-2 Spirit is in there.  The author said it was due to the amazing cost of the aircraft, over 1 billion dollars per airframe.

No doubt pork barrel politics, but show me a military plane that wasn't about pork barrel.  Besides, it kept the Russians on their toes, see that wall? Didn't think so..;)

I would take 10 B1s over 1 B2.  B2 is just too valuable to lose.

I am going off the assumption the B1 cost 100million, the B2 cost 1.1 billion.

If I am not mistaken, Carter canceled the B1 program because the Have Blue program made it obsolete.
