Initiative 833 would say, loud and clear, commit a violant sexual offense and be sent to prison for life.

If your from Washington I would like to recommend that you sign the petition if you get the opportunity. Too long people have treated sexual offenders with kid gloves and the sex crimes are just piling up as a result, especially against children. Multiple offenders are the norm and every community sees more and more of these school notices informing us that a sexual offender has just moved up from California (example) and now lives near the elementary school.

Set the rules and play fair or get taken out of the game first time.
Its too serious to shrug off to liberal healers.

Lock em up.

Hypothetically speaking: are you concerned about going to prison for life with your first serious sexual monkey crime conviction?

I like monkeys and dont think you should be spanking them.

I would say in your case it's likely to be considered a minor misdemeanor.

sounds good,,but lets see if it will pass,,and see if it will be enforced!!

they say its 3 strikes and your out here in washington state<~~bullcrap on that,,i know a guy who has been trouble in my town,,and in jail for felonies sence i was a kid,,and sence he was a adult,,let me counts the felonies,,hehe,,he held up a licour store,,1,,,broke in a convinence store,,stole the cigs,,and got caught,,,number 2,,,broke into a bar early in the morning,,got caught,,number 3,,,was caught for making meth 100 feet from a school zone,,number 4,,got caught for giving drugs to a minor,,number 5,,,broke into a gun store,,stole a bunch of guns went across to oregon ,,had a shoot out with police,,got caught number 6,,,and guess what?,,they let him out of jail like 2 months ago,,,every time he is busted he only gets about 1 to 2 years in jail and he is back out on the streets,,lol

this guy gots more felonies than i can count,,but they keep letting him back out,,i just hope he dont end up really killing some one,,if he hasnt allready,,only reason i know of the guy,,was because i went to school with him,,and remmeber him going to jail back and for felonies,,and still going to jail every time i read the news paper,,lol

Unfortunately I have to work with these sick puppies everyday. It amazes me that some never see the fault in their crime. I had a guy ask me "The UCMJ doesn't list Incest as a crime, how could they charge me with it?" These people just don't get it and should all be put on an island somewhere so they can't fediddle up young childrens minds.
