51B Gear and Bomb Racks
« on: February 22, 2004, 01:51:11 AM »
A couple of minor problems with the 51B model......

1.  Main Gear
The main landing gear struts are at the wrong angle.  They are 90^ to the ground, instead of being 90^ to the plane of the wing.  As a result, the 51B looks like it's about to nose over ;).

2.  Bomb Racks
The bomb racks are centered on the wing cord line.  They should instead be under the forward part of the wing.

The problem with the LG strut angle seems common to most planes.  Almost all planes have the strut perpendicular to the ground instead of the plane of the wing.
