That's not a panzer.

I think its actually a Czech knock-off of a Soviet half-tracked troop carrier.  A couple of them are used here for military re-enactments at air shows posing as German half-tracks.

Look at the top of the page of RTVTimes - Rutland Weekend Television.... look at my location! :)

Rutland Weekend Television is Monty Python.  Enough said! :aok

They also did a parody of The Beatles called 'The Ruttles', again taken from the Rutland link.

It's either a genuine or reproduction SdKfz 252 leichter Gepanzerter Munitionskraftwagen, an ammunition carrier for StuG III units, built on the chassis of the Demag D7 SdKfz 10 light artillery tractor, which was later to be used for the SdKfz 250 leichter Schützenpanzerwagen (the SdKfz 252 and SdKfz 253 actually preceded the introduction of the SdKfz 250); 413 were produced from late 1940 through 1941. It carried ammunition for the 75mm L/24 gun on the early StuG III vehicles. After the introduction of the longer-barrelled cannons, the SdKfz 252 was replaced by the SdKfz 250/6.
