wasnt sure where to post this, so here goes... my squad CO is leaving(has left) AH and is cancelling his account. he is still has the CO rights and everything tho. is there a way to transfer CO from him to me without having to disband squad and re-invite everyone?

I always thought that when the CO cancelled his/her account that the squad automatically disbanded. Maybe I am wrong though.

Sounds like a job for HTC. but I think you may end up having to re-invite everyone.

The squad has been disbanded. You need to reform it and reinvite the members. Also resubmit the nose art.
