Enemyace if I remember right all online skins have to be sent to and approved by HTC. I'm not real sure about how H2H, CT or SEA works. There is some criteria that has to be met before they will even think about approving them. One was they have to be historical. Second they can't have the swastika on them. And I can't seem to remember the other thing. It's in the sticky for skins though. Take a look there to get more info.
