is the tour of duty going to be open 24/7 like normal ah or is it going to be like the special events where it is only at specific times?

and are there going to be squads or is it going to be more like a chian of command system?

and are there alist a rules for the toure of duty.

i know this might be alittle premature for all these questions but i am just curiuos as i am sure most people are

Its my understanding that it will be open 24/7 with canned missions that will likely roll on the hour.
