I'm sorry JustJim, but that's just over the top.
I have SurgerySim2004 and they actually respected us, the paying customers, by leaving such bad taste as blood and DukeNukem-like macroed remarks out.  Some people clearly need a lobotomy; there is realism, and there is bad taste!!
