I recently installed the latest 56.64 drivers, but there appears to have been a 10-15 fps drop
. I was getting 60 fps originally. I have the refresh rate set at 85mhz in both the nVidia software, and on the monitor settings in control panel. In the nVidea software, I have 'quality' settings, and antialiasing etc. is set at 'application controlled'. I run AH at 1280 resolution, and use XP Professional. I have an Intel 3.06 CPU and 512 DDR RAM. I would be grateful if someone could tell me what the problem is, or which driver would be best.
I'm also confused by the "Disable Palletised Textures' option in the AH video settings - will ticking the box give me better performance or better quality, please?
