Just to reinforce what was said here. My motherboard has integrated video and sound controllers. The first thing I did was go out and buy an SB Audigy2 and ATI Radeon 9800 XT vid card. You simply can't compare the quality and performance of the el cheapo integrated chipsets with the state of the art add-ons (unless you have a monster motherboard that cost lots of money with state of the art blah-blah-blah on it).

That's pretty disappointing to hear.  Especially how well AHI runs on my box.  My refresh rate is currently at 75, at the 1024x768 resolution.

The box came with Direct X 9, and of the 64 mb currently allocated to video processing, it only uses like 24mb when running AHI

Is AHII going to be so much more taxing on a system that it will drive performance of a system that runs AHI so well down to 0?
