I just heard Boerne is pronounced "Bernie"?  LOL.. glad I heard this before I went.

My Uncle has a small ranch in Elgin. I will tell him to provide the sausage.

there's a great BBQ in Austin... about 5 miles SW actually called "The Salt Lick"  incredible stuff.  If you pass a temple with a golden dome on the left, it's about 2 more miles down
