Lancaster can now spawn formations.
Both Yaks and the C205 had a stability problem fixed.

Removed a artifact polygon from the turret of the LVTA4 and M8.
Fixed the eyepoint rotation on the M8 and LVT's gunner positions
Muzzle flash now displays on the LVTA4 main gun.
Fixed the artificial horizon on the M8, Panzer IV, Tiger, F4U4, and 262.
Fixed the turn and bank indicator and airspeed indicator needle rotation on the Ta 152.
B-17 landing gear now visible from ball turret.
Fixed a transparency problem on the 190A5 prop.
Fixed compass on Panzer IV and Tiger.
Fixed the shadow on the Tiger.
Fixed a transparency bug in the Tiger tank interior.
B17, Lancaster, P-38, 110s, and Mossie props now disappear when the wing is destroyed.
Fixed 109F-4 and G-2 gear lights.
Fixed a bug in one of the Lancaster props that made other polygons viewed through it transparent.
