on posting pics: HELP!

I tried for the first time to post a pic in the thread "most wanted plane...etc" using UBB code: you can read the disastrous result of a double post without pic.
I verified the sintax of the UBB-code used, and it seems to work.
While checking my profile I noticed that there is an advice of the administrator about the [img] being blocked: so how can the others post pics? can someone help me?

Try going and editing one of the double posts, changing your beginning [img-] to [img]
