Beta19 is out - with ALL planes enabled!

Give it a shot guys.

 Beta19 is out. Requires DX9 to run, but average frames are at a huge improvement. With Beta1, my frame was at average 10~15fps -> now, it's 40~60fps.

 All planes enabled, too! The FM is not quite finished, but the general feeling of the FM is still a lot different from AH1!

Enabled all planes and vehicles with the exception of the PT Boat. Note: LVT's do not currently function correctly in the water.

So all the planes that are in AH1 are enabled in AH2 except the PT boat (no big loss).

Any indications of what new aircraft/vehicles might be on the horizon?

I put a C.205 into a flat spin at 14000 feet and couldn't recover.  It flip-flopped around like a leaf backwards the entire time.  

Not sure if this is a new 'feature' or an improvement of the flight model.

Hope we'll see more people in there now.  It's really looking great, and ground combat is a whole new game.
