B21 Terrain bug

A lot of terrain tearing, especially at low angle POV to the terrain.



CPU: AMD Athlon 1600xp, ~1.4GHz
Ram: 256MB
OS: Win98
Dx 9.0b
GPU: GeForce MX440, 64MB onboard ram
Running AH2 at 1024x768x32, default settings
