That's Gulf Coast area. Apparently, it's out.

I read it on a norwegian news site this morning... was a big fire in a refinery in Texas City and the oil prices went up.

Yes, it was an explosion.  No, it was a big fire.  Growing up in Houston this is more common that I'd like to admit.  Although I dont think it had that much to do with oil prices going up.

As silly as it may sound.. the prices did go up slightly on that news.

but prices go through the roof if someone sneases in the middle east to.:D

I live about 10-15 miles north of the "fire"

Highly over rated.  Things like this are quite common around here.

Another case of the news going ballistic over nothing.
