Apparently he was bannified. He thought it might have something to do with comparing Scuzzy to the Spanish Inquisition.

That's the worst comparison ever, because as everyone knows, NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION! Everyone knows Skuzzy will show up sooner or later.
