Bombshell!!!!! Chargers made out pretty good, they can't complain.

Whew, that was close, I would feel dirty in Organge and Blue.

I would have rather had Gallery, but hopefully, this is indicative of an actual rebuilding (ie, planning for the future) and not just another attempt at a band aid. El T isn't old, but he's not going to be young forever, and we need to get a team around him.

Oh yeah, and you never know, you may get even better value for those picks, i.e., the Patriots recently traded a second round pick for Corey Dillon, however, that wasn't quite the way it went down. Last year, the Patriots traded Tebucky Jones to the Saints for their 3rd and 7th round picks last year, and their 4th round pick this year. Last year they(Pats) traded that 3rd round pick to Miami for their 2nd round pick this year. That was the pick that they used to get Dillon. So actually, what it boils down to is the Pats traded Tebucky Jones for Corey Dillon and 4th and 7th round picks, not a bad deal.

Hey Funked, the Raiders are having a great draft, they should get an "A" for the first day. They just rebuilt their offensive line and got a projected 2nd round safety, not bad. Football starts at the line of scrimmage, if you lose the battle there, you more often than not lose the game. And with their rebuilt defensive line, they are solid on both sides.

But with Gallery on the team, the Raider hooligans are going to have to trade in the spikes and skeleton masks for boy scout uniforms:lol

And what's with the Pats taking a TE with the last pick in the first round? And he wasn't even the top rated TE. I like the DT they took from Miami at 21, he was predicted in the top 15, but we move upped in the first round to draft a TE(Daniel Graham) two years ago. I guess I can't argue with success, but i'm not thrilled with the pick. Has anyone seen this Ben Watson play?
