The view system and JS setup.

I'm curious about the many posts on view problems. I have a TM F-22 programmed for WB, and when I went into AH the first time, I had every view that I had in WB... no changes necessary. That's 8 views plus 8 more up-angled with pinky switch - all 16 views worked right out of the box. What's more, most of my other stick functions worked as well, with a few exceptions (i.e., throttle full/idle). Additionally, I am able to select whether I get instantaneous switching of view or "slewed" switching simply by selecting the type (F key's don't remember which ones). Add to that the ability to save a head position for each of the 16 views, and this system blows away the WB version with practically no change in JS config. This is simply amazing to me.

FWIW,

Ah, but we don't all have the same joystick.

There in lies the problem.

Those of us using sticks with 4-way hats REALLY need extra stick sets.  Four views might be okay for the C-47, but doesn't cut it for fighters.
