Let's try this again. I'm the one on the right with my friend. We're both wearing original WWII flight jackets. His is a Navy M-422a and mine's an A-2. That's an original Spit MkIX at the Museum of Flight where I work. We ran the serial numbers on the plane and found out it flew at Normandy on D-day.
