22:terrain with lots of little white triangle

Radeon 9800 Pro120MB
6.14.10.6430 driver
AMD 64 3200+ !G RAM
Windows XP

With transitions crossed gets lines of white triangles. Quite well defined lones not all over.

If someone would kindly post how to take screen shot  will post one.
