When can this be used in the CT? How about on thursday nights? Prevent suicide attacks, HO dweebs and certain GV activities. If they die, make them sit in the tower for 5 or 10 minutes before respawning. This will also make pilots think twice before departing a capped base!!! Up capture to 30 to 40 troops. This will also prevent some furballing.

One of the best ideas I've heard yet to drop the CT population to zero.

Can you disable all ord, buffs and gv's, reduce to fuel to 25%, and enable planes and flight from only the very closest 2 bases and set target hardness to 20x?

this will reduce the hamstardness.

thanks.

Even better -- set all fuel to 0. Then nobody can take off at all. That will put a stop to all the fighting, shooting, bombing and related foolishness.

you forgot fleet guns, manned ack and SBs.... manually destroy these and set rebuild to 50000 minutes?

It would seem to be the best approach...

why would one want to prevent air to air combat in an air to air combat simulator?
