They are on every map. It's the big C - the City target, with surrounding factories.
I was thought the maps had changed so that buffs had a central target, something that would created concentrated fights
It didn't work out, because unfortunatley the strats aren't worth the effort, both in game effect as well as in score. Porking fields, shutting down hangars is more effective in helping your team, bombing random town centers is way better if you are liiking to boost your score. And both is much quicker and less dangerous than making the long travel to the strats.
