Is there anyone that could give me some advice on getting a frozen ATPL pilots license?

i mean in terms of: where to get, how to get, how much i should spend, what to avoid etc.

The only advice I can give you is, don't eat noodles in meatsauce that has both Italian sausage AND meatballs.
