Thanks man.  Toad is actually picking me up a smoker that he recommended. Not sure of the make and model, but I will report results once I try my first batch of ribs on it.

MMMMMmmmmm  Ribs.

May do some on the BBQ this weekend...I need to get Stringer a new rub recipe at the request of his wife so all of this rib stuff is making me very hungry.
